BEACH ROAD PROJECT

Located in Torquay, on the South Coast of Victoria, the Beach Road development required something unique. Each townhouse was designed as a standalone home, with their own style and characteristics. Simple layouts maximise floor space while contrasting roof lines and colour schemes deliver an engaging addition to an aging coastal streetscape.
